About the project
Olivier Patisserie To Go was designed as an extension of the existing patisserie and its adjacent seating area, introducing a new take-away experience to the brand. Focused on a faster and more accessible service concept, the new space establishes its own identity while maintaining a visual and spatial dialogue with the existing venue.
The material palette combines dark wood, granite surfaces, copper undertones, and graphic black-and-white flooring to create a warm and distinctive atmosphere. Custom-designed display units and integrated storage solutions place the patisserie products at the visual center of the space, while the compact layout is organized around preparation, display, and efficient customer circulation.
The architectural language of the interior continues onto the façade, where framed openings and product displays create a strong connection between the space and the street.

Material palette
